Spacious and comfortable, it consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a living and dining room and a south-east facing terrace for outdoor dining. An internal staircase gives access to the garden level where there are 3 bedrooms (one with direct outdoor access), a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All opening onto a second terrace with pool access.
