This superb villa classified three stars located on the heights of the Issambres, has an area of 115m². It is completely renovated and air-conditioned, with swimming pool and enclosed garden. It can accommodate up to 10 people.
The Issambres are located between the Gulf of Saint-Raphaël and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, 12 km from Saint-Raphaël, 26 km from Saint-Tropez and 50 km from Cannes.
Characterized by a breathtaking view of the sea and the Southern Alps, the villa has no vis à vi because of its dominant position. It is 650m from the sea and 1 km from a sandy beach.
A golf green fee (18 holes) offered for booking a stay.
A beautiful swimming pool in front of the house as well as the possibility of parking two cars inside the villa.
It shall consist of:
On the 1st floor;
- A living dining room-kitchen with access to the terrace with panoramic views.
- Two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom and toilet.
On the garden level;
- A bedroom with a double bed with access to the outside
- A "child" room with a double click clack, a single click clack and a "mezzanine" bed
- A shower room, a toilet and a laundry room.
Heated pool from May to September from 10 m by 4.5
The house is equipped with WIFI.
Pets are welcome. Possibility to take out cancellation insurance on the agency’s website.
MANDATORY insurance certificate prior to entry.
For any payment by credit card, a processing fee will be applied.
