The villa consists of:
- A large living room opening onto a terrace, with sea and coastline views.
- An open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room, also giving access to a covered terrace and panoramic views.
Three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite with a shower room and toilet:
- Bedroom with a 160 bed and a shower room
- Bedroom with a 160 bed, with a shower room, access to the terrace and sea view.
- Bedroom with a 160 bed and a 90 single bed.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and storage furniture.
A shower room with toilet is located in the hallway.
A private, infinity mosaic swimming pool of 10 meters by 5 is at the back of the house and it is possible to park several cars inside the property.
It is equipped with WIFI.
The villa's caretaker lives in the basement with a separate entrance, he carries out the maintenance all year round. Little overlooking.
Possibility to rent a cot and high chair.
